This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data related to the organization and operation of football camps and related events operated by Barça Academy Tunisia, including online registrations, participation, payments, communication and promotional activities.

a) Registration for camps and events - processing data provided through online registration forms to organize participation.

b) Participation in camps - managing participation, logistics, training activities and supervision of participants.

c) Communication with parents and participants - contact regarding schedules, safety, changes or updates related to camps.

d) Payments and accounting - processing payments, issuing accounting documents and fulfilling tax obligations.

e) Safety and organizational obligations - ensuring the safety of participants and compliance with legal obligations.

f) Image and promotional materials - publishing photos and videos from camps on our website and social media, in accordance with applicable law and granted consents.

Personal data is processed on the basis of: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests of the Company, and consent of the data subject or parents / legal guardians.
